I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Animist Healer bridging the worlds of psychology and energy medicine. My work integrates traditional cognitive and behavioral therapies with somatic and shamanic healing practices to support profound transformation on mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

 

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling (2008), and my continuing education has focused on somatic psychotherapy, attachment theory, hypnosis and regression therapy, archetypal analysis, and mindfulness.

 

My Shamanic and Animist education began in 2016 and includes initiation as a Paqo in the Don Benito Q’oriwaman and Hatun Q’ero lineages. I have trained with teachers and institutions such as Green Tara College, Inca Medicine School, Juan Núñez del Prado, Anna Abraham, Isa Gucciardi, Nicki Scully, Alida Birch, Jan Engels-Smith, Annabel Du Boulay, and CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies).

 

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the understanding that the mind is not the only part of us that requires healing. True freedom arises when we learn to resolve the relationship between light and shadow—the archetypal forces that shape our perception and behavior. I do not believe in “killing the ego,” but in cultivating an integrated relationship with it, transforming fear into fuel for self-mastery and conscious evolution.

 

As a practitioner, I walk alongside my clients as they become responsible for the creation of their experience. This is not an easy path—it requires courage, discipline, and a willingness to meet the shadow directly. Together, we move through your lived experience rather than bypassing it, developing the capacity to alchemize pain, re-pattern relationships, and embody the truth of who you are becoming.

Energy Medicine Offerings

Energy medicine sessions can be experienced independently or in conjunction with psychotherapy. These sessions draw upon my full body of techniques learned from multiple traditions spanning Q’ero, Egyptian, Hermetic, and Buddhist perspectives, with practices rooted in energetic clearing, soul retrieval, and luminous body alignment. This work supports the release of imprints and the restoration of balance across physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
Whether received as a stand-alone practice or integrated within therapeutic work, these sessions are designed to deepen awareness, reconnect you to your vital essence, and restore harmony to your lived experience.

Please note that for some protocols, insurance does not currently reimburse. I also require consultation for some of the more intensive methodologies as they require certain foundational elements in your life to be established before engaging in them otherwise the benefit will be null.
