MY APPROACH TO WELLNESS
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression or just not feeling your very best in your
relationship with yourself or others, I would like to guide you in your healing process towards
discovering how to feel whole and happy. My studies in the practices of meditation,
mindfulness, and yoga have inspired me to help others attain wellness at all levels- through a
holistic approach that encourages self-awareness by learning how to connect with mind, body,
spirit, and most importantly, how to befriend emotions.
I believe that the values of integrity, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and gratitude are
essential to feeling fulfilled in your life and cultivating harmonious relationships.
